collect pizzas from the almighty pizza table by driving through it and deliver them to the houses that ordered them (look for the green arrow)!
Pickup pepperoni for a tip bonus, but watch out, if you're a bad driver and get in a car crash, you'll lose your pizza and their order, and have to pickup a new one from the table
